Each month, 90% of ad revenue is split across venues by unique scans.

Our flagship. A big, bold QR code on the inside of the stall door, right at seated eye level.
Your venue's name across the top and a QR code below it. Goes by the mirror, the dryer or the door.
The target is the QR code. Aim at the middle, then scan when you're done. Error correction keeps it scannable even with the bullseye punched out of the middle.
Advertisers buy the whole network. Each month we total the ad revenue, keep 10%, and divide the rest among venues by unique scans: one person, one sticker, one day. Bots and link previews don't count, and neither does the bartender scanning 400 times.
